Once a month, or so, Nancy and I send out a leadership letter. We call them letters because we actually know several of you on our mailing list and it is so much more enticing to write a letter to someone you are in relationship with than to put together an anonymous newsletter. We love the value that comes from having a good conversation with a friend or colleague – sharing useful information and perspectives. Quite frankly, we don’t really enjoy crafting the standard newsletter format. Just saying the word "newsletter" makes us crinkle our noses.

So, these are letters that share our thoughts, things we've learned formally and on our journeys, the evidence-based wisdom, meditations, resources and thoughtful tips.

We explore what it is to develop practices that restore and bolster our resilience and confidence, practices such as:

  • creating deep connection to meaning
  • leaning into our intuition and signature strengths
  • living actively from our deeply held values
  • engaging others in vision and purpose (engaging ourselves in these, for that matter)
  • collaborating effectively and creating psychologically safe spaces for others
  • sinking deeply into what it is to "be authentic"
  • giving ourself permission to lead like a woman
  • being intentional with practices that restore our energy
  • nurturing self-awareness
  • creating a road map for our leadership and our lives

In these leadership letters we share what we know actually makes a difference in how women+ thrive. And we also share advanced notice of our projects, e-courses, in-person retreats, and, of course, the exclusive discount codes for the good stuff that we charge for.

So, let's each get good and cozy in our delightful uniqueness. Let's each radiate from our power––our values, desires, signature strengths and brilliance.

Let's co-create spaces, work and relationships that inspire us.

Let's co-create a world that values inspiration, intuition, inter-relation and inclusion.

Yes, we meant to type "women+".  Spelling women with a plus sign highlights that women+ is inclusive of the different identities pertaining to gender. Hence, women+ includes cis women, trans women, gender fluid people, femmes and more. It's inclusive and expansive. It is open to adaptation. We thrive together by being flexible, inclusive and by fostering collaboration and growth. The historical narratives of women are simply stories that can be reimagined and rewritten. We can tell new stories. What becomes possible when we adopt a perspective of yes, and...
